By using this site or placing an order with Sadie’s Custom Gifts, you agree to these terms.

Orders and pricing

Prices are shown in US dollars. Your order is confirmed once payment is complete. Custom requests are quoted before you pay, and we only start once you’ve approved your mockup and paid.

Made to order

Items are personalized and made just for you, so they can’t be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged. See our Returns & Refunds page for details.

Your designs and images

If you upload a photo, logo, artwork or text, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and that it doesn’t infringe anyone else’s rights. We may decline any order that includes content we believe is unlawful, hateful or infringing, and we’ll refund you if we do.

Pickup and shipping

Orders are available for local pickup in North Adams, MA, Williamstown, MA and Readsboro, VT, or can be shipped within the United States for the shipping fee shown at checkout. Please pick up your order within a reasonable time after we let you know it’s ready. For shipped orders, please make sure your address is correct; we can’t be responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address. If a package arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery and we’ll work with you to make it right. Fundraiser orders follow the pickup and shipping options shown on that fundraiser’s page.

Colors and appearance

Photos and mockups are for reference. Actual colors and shading can vary slightly between screens, products and print methods.

Limits of liability

We’ll always do our best to make things right. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page is the one that applies.
