This policy explains what Sadie’s Custom Gifts collects and how we use it.

What we collect

Contact details: your name, email address and phone number when you place an order, send a custom request or contact us.
Your uploads: photos and files you send us so we can make your item.
Order details: what you ordered, personalization text, and your pickup town or shipping address.
Shipping address: if you choose shipping, the address you enter at checkout so we can mail your order. It’s used only to ship your order.
Newsletter sign-up: your email address, only if you choose to join our list.

How we use it

We use your information only to make and deliver your order, answer your questions and, if you signed up, send our newsletter. Photos you upload are kept private and used only to make your item.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe — we never see or store your card number.

We never sell your data

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we don’t run advertising trackers on this site.

Cookies and visitor stats

We use a small cookie to remember your shopping cart and for admin sign-in. We count visits with simple, self-hosted statistics that don’t use cookies and don’t store your IP address, so we can see which pages are popular. We do not share this information with anyone.

Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
