How long does an order take?

Orders are usually ready within 10 days. Tumbler orders are usually ready in 5 days. Grab and Go items are already made — they're usually ready for pickup within 1–2 days. Larger or busy-season orders can take a little longer — if you have a deadline, tell us on your order or custom request and we'll do our best to make it happen.

How does local pickup work?

We offer pickup in North Adams, MA, Williamstown, MA and Readsboro, VT. Choose your pickup town at checkout and we’ll contact you to arrange a time once your order is ready. All pickup meetings are in public places — for your safety and ours. Prefer shipping? You can choose that at checkout instead.

Do you ship?

Yes! Choose “Ship to me” at checkout. Shipping is $10 for the first item and $5 for each additional item, never more than $30 per order, for up to 11 items. Made-to-order items ship within 10 business days. Grab and Go items ship within 2 business days. Ordering more than 11 items? Contact us and we’ll send you a shipping quote. Custom requests are pickup only — or contact us for a shipping quote.

How does personalization work?

Pick a design, then add the names, dates or words you’d like. Personalization is free. If you’d rather start from scratch, send a custom request with your idea or your own photos.

What is a mockup?

A mockup is a picture of your finished item. For custom requests we send you a mockup to look over before we make anything. You can approve it or ask for changes, and we only start once you’re happy.

How do I care for my items?

• Tumblers and drinkware: hand wash only. Please don’t put them in the dishwasher.
• Shirts and sweatshirts: wash inside out on cold and tumble dry low or hang dry. Don’t iron directly on the design.
